Are your fish always available?
No, since we are in this for the hobby we only have very limited numbers of fish for sale.
What type of payment do you accept?
We take money orders in US funds only. You can get a money order at a post office, bank and most drug stores .
What should I include in my email when I wish to place an order?
When placing an order, please include the strains you wish to order. Most of our stock is sold in trios, so indicate how many trios of each strain you would like.
Every once in a while, we will send out an email to someone interested in our fish and it seems that our response email does not go through to our customer and it goes into their junk, spam or bulk mail box . When this happens, you may think that we are failing to respond to your email. That is never the case as we always do our best to respond back as soon as possible. Make sure that you check your junk,spam and bulk email box. if you don't hear back from us, it is also a good idea to send a phone number in case we have trouble communicating through emails. Finally, please add your address at which you would like the fish sent to. Please note that we do not ship until we receive your payment.
